I am so excited to add this coat to my wardrobe. I am 5'9" so the length is excellent for me. I agree that it runs large; I went down a size and ordered the 2 but it still has quite a bit of excess material around the waist. The color of the coat also is not as pictured on the website- it is actually more of a true tan, which I love. Overall, I am looking forward to the cold weather so that I can rock this coat with some pumps and a little bit of sass ;)

From the beginning of the purchase to the time it was delivered, I cannot say enough good things about this coat. I was looking for a camel color full length coat (typical of washdc) and all of the ones on other sites/in store were very manly and cheap looking. This coat was the exception! Very feminine, comfortable, will keep me warm in the freezing winter, and very classy look.

Very Lux - Favorite Coat!

I wanted to buy a classic looking camel coat for this f/w season - I really liked the shape of this coat. It seemed very 1940s Casablanca vixen-esque. The style/quality shown online also seemed comparable to designer coats that were 800-1200 dollars (although the fabric may feel different, etc). But it definitely looked very high quality to me.
The two things I wasn't sure about (which made me think over the purchase for a few weeks while I shopped around) - the length and the color.
Well the color is actually more of a true camel, slightly darker and richer than the photos online (or maybe it's just been my monitors). The online pictures make it look like more of a washed out french vanilla color. For the length - I am tall and, while not model thin, still slender. So I think it works but if it fell below the knee instead of mid calf, I think it would be more wearable, and to more people. I wear it as my main coat - depending on your lifestyle, it may be too dressy for daytime, but it works for me. I am very, very happy I bought this coat and would recommend it to anyone drawn to it.
