Smaller than actual size. Fabric is very thin and looks cheap. It doesn't look like 100% cotton.

Tunic Top, not a dress

Cons: Fit, Low quality, too short for a dress
I am keeping this order because it was a final sale and I like it as a tunic top but definitely NOT a dress. The material is extremely thin and you can see through it. I am a size XS, S, or 4. I ordered a 4 in this and I could barely get it on.
