Too snug and long - looks awkward

I'm pretty slim and usually wear a size 00, so it's rare that something is too tight for me. However, in size 0this skirt is embarrassingly snug. It's a bodycon skirt in the truest sense of the word. It's not that it even looks 'bad,' it just looks a little juvenile and tight. It also is a bit too long to be such a tight skirt. It's knee-length, so from the front looks like something you'd wear to work, but from the side looks like something you should wear out to a club -- except it's like 6 inches too long. I don't get it.
Otherwise it's a well-made skirt, which is why I gave it two stars.
